good to hear its not only me having these problems. I bought an Asus N552VX-FY105T about 3 month ago and after installing windows 7 I have exactly the same bugs you just mentioned. Tocuhpad is not working at all and the fan turns up to highest speed even without playing any games.
Since its lying around and probably I will sell it. Very sad cause it seems to be a great notebook.
