Recovery image of pre installed Win10 that came with the first time the laptop or any solution to get back the system like when it came. Can u plaease help me with that. Thanks in advance ....

ASUS does not provide the preinstall as an Image.

And as long as I dont have such a device I cannot dump the preinstall, sorry

The earlier provided driver disk can be used with a normal windows install, just download media creation tool boot from stick and use the drivers from the disc
