Can you share the Screenshots from HWInfo64?
And yes please install the DTT Version and do a screenshot after install.
Also please try Bios 314 for testing.

With BIOS 312 and DTT v26857 (quite old), CPU gets throttled to 22W (though PL1 and PL2 are untouched in HWInfo64):

Upgraded to BIOS 314 with the same DTT version last night, so far CPU has not throttled down to 22W. Will report back soon.https://ibb.co/GPfFc24

After a month or so, I can confirm I still get CPU power throttling (to 22W) when dGPU is in use.
This is with the shared bios (316) and an old (25789) and latest (28750) version of Intel DTT.

Last opportunity is to get my hands on the 310 BIOS
